Simplipedia is a content transformation service only. We do not create, own, or sell Wikipedia content.
- We transform Wikipedia content under CC BY-SA 3.0 licensing
- All adaptations maintain original Wikipedia attribution
- Service availability is not guaranteed
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature
- We may refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
We explicitly disclaim all responsibility for:
- Accuracy of Wikipedia content or adaptations
- Suitability for any particular purpose
